Before you embark on your custom design journey, please take a moment to review these terms and conditions. They outline the process, expectations, and important details for creating your personalized masterpiece.

The Creative Collaboration

Artist Selection: Browse our artist profiles on our website to find the artist whose style best complements your design idea. You can choose from a variety of artistic talents with expertise in different mediums.

Project Initiation: Once you've selected your artist, you'll submit a custom order request form. This form will allow you to:

• Specify your desired product type (t-shirt, hoodie, etc.)

• Upload reference images or sketches of your design concept.

• Provide a detailed description of your desired artwork, including characters, themes, and color preferences.

• Indicate any specific placement requests for the artwork on the chosen product.

Communication is Key: Direct communication with your chosen artist is encouraged throughout the design process. Discuss your ideas in detail, ask questions, and provide feedback as the artwork takes shape. WeebGear provides a communication platform within our website to facilitate this collaboration.

Pricing and Estimates

Custom Quote: Based on your design complexity, chosen artist, and product selection, your chosen artist will provide you with a custom quote outlining the estimated cost of your order. This quote will be valid for 30 days.

Approval Process: Once you approve the quote and any revisions, a 50% upfront payment will be required to secure your artist's time and begin production. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the artwork and your approval.

Payment Methods: We accept secure payments through credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.

Turnaround Times and Delivery

Production Timeline: Custom orders typically have longer production times than our standard products. Your artist will provide you with an estimated timeframe for completion based on the complexity of your design and their current workload.

Revisions: We understand that sometimes revisions are necessary to achieve your desired outcome. One round of minor revisions is included in the initial quote. Any additional revisions may incur additional charges based on the artist's hourly rate.

Shipping: Once your custom artwork is finalized and approved, your chosen product will be printed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines. You will receive tracking information upon shipment.

Important Notes

Copyright and Intellectual Property: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your design concept does not infringe on any existing copyrights or trademarks. We recommend conducting a copyright search before finalizing your design.

Artwork Ownership: For custom orders, you will own the copyright of the final artwork created by the artist specifically for your project. However, the artist will retain the right to display the artwork in their portfolio or for marketing purposes.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible once production has begun. However, you may be able to make changes during the initial design discussion phase, subject to the artist's availability and approval.

Returns and Exchanges: Custom-designed products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
